Renewal of Annual Subscription of PFMA

(1^st April, 2022—31^st March, 2023)

Dear Sir,

As a mandatory requirement under the Trade Organizations Act, 2013, all members of trade bodies are required to renew their membership every year. In this context, we request you to please renew your membership till 15 March, 2022.

Please ask your finance department to issue Demand Draft or Pay order amounting to Rs. 40,000/- (For Corporate class) and Rs. 20,000/- (for Associate class) in favour of “Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association” along with proof of filing of Income Tax Return under Income Tax Ordinance 2001 for the year ending June 2018, to enable us to inform the regulatory authority—Director General Trade Organizations (DGTO), Ministry of Commerce, accordingly.

Please also provide the latest information on the following :

(1) Name of CE/Proprietor/Managing Director etc and his CNIC No.

(2) NTN No. of the company

(3) Sales Tax Registration No (if held).
